American Legion Supermarket Sweep raffle is underway. Winner will receive the chance to run through Fair City Foods and fill a grocery cart with as many items as they can in the permitted time of 4 minutes. The winner can select whomever they want to make the run through the store. Alcohol and Tobacco are excluded products. Winner will be drawn on July 3rd 2025. The shopping sweep date will be announced later.

Huron School District Summer Grab and Go meals through August 1st. Pick up on Tuesday and Fridays from 11:30 to 12:30 at the Huron Middle School. Free for children 1-18. Parents bring children or you ID. Each bag contains 3 breakfasts and 3 lunches.

Golfing for a Cause for the HRMC Foundation June 11 at Broadland Creek. Golf cart green fees and lunch included. Cost $300 for a 4 person team. Register at 9 and shotgun start at 10am. Proceeds will support local women’s health initiatives through the We’ve Got You Covered Fund.

Antique Power Show June 13 – June 15 Experience the historical days of antique tractors, cars, steam and stationary gas engines during the Antique Tractor and Power Show. The event features about 150 exhibits and displays, entertainment, demonstrations, flea market, parade and tractor and car games.

5K Bubble Run and Walk is June 14 at Ravine Lake. Organized by Holy Trinity Catholic School. Check the Facebook page for updates.

Huron MS Society presents Swing for a Cure golf tournament. Saturday June 21 with a shotgun start at 9am. It will be held at the Huron Country Club 304 22nd st nw.

Kiwanis Pancake Day is Sunday June 22 from 8am to Noon at the Pancake House on the SD State Fairgrounds Midway Drive. $12 per person cash or check only. Pancakes, eggs, sausage, juice and milk.

Ravine Lake Triathlon is Saturday July 26th starting at 7:30am. Olympic, sprint distances and a Kids fun run around the lake (free). Corporate and Team challenges.
