Huron Community Campus with Northern State University held a graduation celebration Thursday at the Fine Arts Center for students earning a Masters Degee in Teaching and Learning from NSU and HCC. Provost at NSU DR. Erin Fouberg related the background of the gown for a masters degree earner.
Dr Fouberg related that a masters degree earner will have higher expectations.
