The main run of the 2026 South Dakota Legislative session has wrapped up.
Attorney General Marty Jackley says he is pretty satisfied with the bills from his office that were passed.
Jackley says he is frustrated that funds from a ninety million dollar opioid settlement have not been distributed yet.
Jackley says legislators have taken some steps in that direction.
About thirty million dollars is set to go to local agencies with the rest to state agencies.
Jackley spoke to the Yankton Rotary Club.
