The Wednesday green yard waste container pick ups during the month of April complete, the container pick up will revert back to the residents normal pickup day. Solid waste superintendent Dale Fortin reminds owners of the green containers as some customers may receive a violation from time to time.
The green containers are an added purchase cost if residents wish to have one the weekly pickup is provided from the city with no added charge. Dale said the recycle containers, which are provided free to residents who request them, also need reminders. He said occasionally the recycle containers get debris that is not intended for recycling.
Dale also said for recycle containers cardboard is once again accepted.
