Attorney General Marty Jackle made a stop in Huron Thursday at the Lincoln Day Dinner. One of the stops on a busy schedule as he prepares for the Republican primary in June for South Dakota’s lone seat in the U.S. House. Jackley talked about what South Dakota residents have felt are most important for them.
Republican candidates nationwide are concerned about the November election with potential backlash on the Trump administration. Jackley said he has been following that situation.
Jackley said they way he works at attorney general is what he would take to Washington as a representative.
Improving public safety an on going issue. Jackley said the past legislative session was a success in his eyes.
