Another step closer to a construction of a Comfort Inn in the city took place at Monday nights city commission meeting. City planner Barry Cranston explained the provisions of TIF 8.
Ted Haeder with GHDC said the TIF 8 the measure spur development in the south town addition is similar to previous measures.
TIF 8 was approved on a unanimous vote.
